What's In A Taco?
Tacos are a traditional Mexican food favorite. But the way they are made - and more importantly, who makes them - determines what they will look like and how they taste. Tacos can include primary ingredients like chicken, beef, skirt steak or even seafood. They can be made with corn or flour tortillas, and each provides a different taste! Our advice: Try more than one kind of tacos at more than one restaurants and get ready for a taste explosion that will keep you coming back for more!

SHRIMP & Fresh Fish?
Oh yes - while a rose may be a rose may be a rose, shrimp is an entirely different subject! To begin with, there are varying types of shrimp. There is farm-raised, fresh gulf shrimp, cold water shrimp and so on. Then there is fresh shrimp, frozen shrimp, flash-frozen shrimp and more.

In the Hill Country, fresh Gulf seafood is available at select restaurants, along with some great fresh water fish from the rivers and lakes of the Lone Star State. Try it fried, satueed, boiled, grilled, stufffed, or some other wonderful way. But Try It!
