Winter Community Health Fair/Mission
Sponsored by the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce and the Mission Hospital at the Mission High School's Neuhaus Gym, this health fair is open to all local citizens and winter visitors. Over sixty health care providers will be available to provide free screening for cholesterol, diabetes, glucose, glaucoma, vision, blood pressure, scoliosis, and hearing, to offer immunizations for children, to give samples, and to offer information concerning podiatry, massage, oral hygiene, and the array of services that are available in various departments of the Mission Hospital.

This annual affair to honor Winter Texans will be held at La Lomita Plaza, downtown Mission, across for HEB, from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. Free tickets will be made available by participating merchants. Coastal Bend Quilt and Needlework 8th Bi Annual Quilt Show /Corpus Christi
February  13 &14th More than 300 entries of quilts, wearable arts and needlework. We will have demonstrations of various techniques during the show. There will also be vendors from around the country as well as a kids’ corner, free workshop for quilt blocks for charity quilts.
