We bought this Rv to move from New Mexico to South Padre Island, and lived in it for 1 year at Destination RV Park. It has been sitting empty for little over a year now. It has only been driven from New Mexico to Texas and had 56,000 original miles when we bought it. Upon arriving in Texas we put a brand new A/C unit in it and new plumbing inside the bathroom. It has some minor repairs it needs besides just a good old fashioned cleaning. The release valve on the septic needs to be replaced, the pilot light fixture needs to be replaced (corroded with age) all gas lines have been checked and run fine. The hardware on the awning works but needs replacing for easier use. There is a small rip in the front left corner of the awning which we have taped but could be repaired and worked fine the last time we had awning out. Tires and levels should be checked just simply from non-usage. All in all it was a great RV for our family and should give someone else a great experience as well . Current blue book value on it is $11,00 asking $4,500 cash just bought new vechicle and must sell this one.
